'Other' Capacity

i have been sorting out wifi sync on ipad , noticed have 3.3gb of data space taken 'other' in bar along bottom of itunes. wondering if there way find out data is, , how clean up?

 

i've been checking thread periodically in hopes have answer. suppose might documents? whatever is, how person access it? hope knows , shares information.
