Wiping iMac clean?

how easy/trouble wipe imac clean can sell it? i'm thinking selling imac bought year ago, bigger one. i'm assuming if can wipe or restore factory settings, it'll return os snow leopard, correct? love imac, i'm still learning inner workings of os.

 

just re-install sl grey install media. make sure evrything external source first though or lose data , have nothing put on newbie.
