i got system status app iphone because curious inner workings of iphone. lists page fault statistics, showing 'faults' , 'cow faults' separately. sit here looking @ these stats, counter of page faults incrementing @ rate of 100-300 per second , cow faults @ rate of 1-2 every few seconds. not being ios programmer, have no idea whether these indicate problem. phone, 4s running 5.0.1, seems running ok, not concerned. however, curious these statistics mean (i understand memory management, not have sense of how 1 should expect page faults). also, seems imply background processes rather active, mean there sort of rogue process might draining battery? system status app cause faults or misreading them?
if enlighten me appreciate it.
