No Service/Searching

unthered jailbroken 5.0.1 bb 06.15.00 iphone 3gs stuck @ no service/searching error after installing ultrasn0w, please help, i've reflashed bb 4 times , have restored on dfu custom ipsw few times , still same results, 947(3rd, 4th , 5th) understand serial number 47th week of 2009 acceptable serial number.

whenever try , restore itunes error saying cannot contact update server, i've cleared out hosts file of gs.apple.com lines , i'm still getting error.
