iPhone not ringing when I receive a text

i have bitesms. problem didn't start until recently. when iphone receives text, doesn’t ring unless i’m inside actual bitsms application. on lockscreen doesn’t ring or light up. using sbsettings managed track down mobile substrate plugin “bitesmssb”. disable it, includes of core functionality (quick reply , quick compose.) know how fix this? things have changed on iphone installed spire tried uninstalling , didn't fix
