Hotmail password snafu

hello,

hope can me this. seems simple question having major problems changing hotmail password.

got spammed other day , password won't work have been trying change - no avail. keep going around in circles on hotmail site. example: on sign-in page there should 'option' don't see one.

i'm using os 10.6.1
