Half speed when routing through airport

if direct connect imac getting advertised 30 down 10 up. moment route through airport extreme, wired connection, speed cut third (roughly 10 down, 3 up).

can fix this!

 

anyone me out here?

straight modem 30mbps download, through airport extreme <15mbps...
