Can't Pair iPhone with BTS200 Bluetooth

i updated wife's iphone ios 5.1 , can't bts200 bluetooth speaker system , iphone communicate. have bluetooth turned on iphone, search on iphone never finds bts200. have tried turning bts200 off , on activate its search, still not work. else having problem?
