WiFi to 3G instant play

this big bug want apple fix, got worse latest update. if start playing podcast before has downloaded on wifi, move out of wifi range , 3g/4g stop playing.

should continue entire download while playing, seems it's streaming on wifi, stops because of 20mb limit. latest update itunes stops downloading if play podcast hasn't downloaded yet.
