Problem video

i have recoded blu ray using high profile/web optimized setting of handbrake. plays champ on atv3. have encoded tree of life dvd using high profile/web optimized setting , won't load atv3 @ all. plays fine in itunes. both files located on same drive. have suggestions source of problem?

 

a bit more specific info troublesome file might help.
ie resolution, bitrate etc

play file in quicktime , open "movie inspector" - post results.
