Handbreak Problems won't import to iPad.

i've converted movie using handbreaks appletv 2 preset on more powerful mac , transferred macbook pro transfer ipad video won't transfer ipad. shows in itunes video window video queued import won't it. video plays fine in itunes won't transfer ipad wtf?

 

select ipad in itunes go "movies". if don't have set automatically sync movies need individually select each 1 want sync.
