Where do you guys job search?

hi guys,

i'm trying move programming job. c++ strongest language far, i'm familiar objective-c, , c various scripting languages.

i've placed resumes @ various companies want work for, wanted post on major job search sites monster.com....

...however there problem, , called "cybercoders". every place filled appears fake job postings company , wade through page after page of cybercoder crap find 1 or 2 job postings.

question is there job search site developers may not know about? or better off targeting individual companies?

 

i target companies want work , @ career pages. if find listing on job site (monster.com or workopolis or here in quebec, jobboom), don't apply through them, going company website , applying own job system.

i've had more call backs way.
