Please help - newbie needs direction- Trust me I'm a doctor

tried , instead of getting validated apple won't connect. doctor , need cell phone return calls. don't understand tried using red snow , gives me error. should please me if can.

p.s. can donate charity redsnow or ultraslow or whoever can me have phone , regret trying upgrade jailbroken 4.0.1 version had been using since got phone 2 years ago seem ruin phone or lose phone drop in water time guess electronically ruined it...maybe there hope ....

i not quite sure understand exact problem is? have jailbroken iphone rednsow , don't have service?
