problem with bodyguards carbon fiber and smart cover?

picked ipad 3 , decided go bodyguards carbon fiber skin , red leather smart cover front,

have noticed issues smart cover not staying on, else have issue? i'm leaning towards returning smart on , getting more in 1 case.

had macally bookstand case http://www.amazon.com/macally-bookstand-protective-case-stand/dp/b003drcvue ipad 1 , loved it, same thing if out there ipad 3

 

either bodyguardz thick or magnets weak in cover...
