POP3 syncing across devices?

first have yahoo bizmail , it's on macbook air, imac , iphone 4s. anytime check e-mail 1 of these devices other 2 devices "time-out" 15 minutes. if delete e-mail on 1 of them not delete rest.

told @ apple pop3 can sync between devices have setup settings correctly.

know might missing?

 

pop3 not sync across devices. need imap account.
