iPhone 3G speaker better than iPhone 4S'

hi,

got new iphone 4s (white) , happy it. when playing around alarm sound , ringtones today, realized – though speakers lot louder when compared previous iphone 3g – when playing music or ringtone speakers of iphone 4s sound lot "screamier"/distorted/blurrier.

can others confirm on iphone 4s'? or model, maybe have faulty speaker?

not 1 of guys running around phone , playing music through crappy phone speakers – wondering if had better (though more quite) speaker in older model.

 

i felt 4s speaker blew previous iphones out of water , quite shocked this.
