FieldTest and iOS Diagnostics after Jailbreak

so haven't had problems jailbreaking 4s other occasional "white icon".

last night after scrolling through apps noticed "fieldtest , ios diagnostics"

else experiencing this? know disappear after re-spring come randomly.
