Calling all AnyRing users.........

i bought anyring make ringtones on iphone.
cant save ringtones create.
have sent emails developer , support staff no response.
maybe no longer supporting product, although still selling it.
i'm looking users out there me out.
maybe i'm doing wrong.
anyone?

even though version 5.40 suppose compatable callbar, when install message stating incompatable callbar , working on solution next update.....every update 1 thing fixed , screw somthing else up.
