Apps from Mac App Store not installing

first post on here please bear me.

bought utility macpaw - gemini. completed purchase , see app icon in launchpad white progress bar underneath it.

before progress bar completes, icon disappears. come out of launchpad screen desktop see following error message:




tried download free app (caffeine) , same problem occurs.

when in app store, 2 apps show under purchases, have install button next them. when click see progress bar appear split second , same error pop before.

please this?

i have tried update app, , have got same error message per original post.

appreciated appears mac app store screwed.

without fix updates stack up.

bit out of depth on one.
