Wont' Boot HELP PLEASE!

i have 13" mid 2010 mbp w/ samsung 470 in opti bay boot drive.
working online , started beach ball out of nowhere, uncommon me. started shut down cause had bunch open, did sw update , went restart. should mention while update loading attempted throw things in trash desktop n got error 50 code or that. powers wont allow me login user. stuck @ login screen. pls help!

 

what mean "stuck"? can't login or nothing happen or ...?

have tried of these steps?

mac doesn't boot

resolve startup issues , perform disk maintenance disk utility , fsck

troubleshooting: computer won't turn on

a flashing question mark appears when start mac​
