What's wrong with the Google homepage?

i'm having odd problem, google homepage messed up. it's showing no matter browser i'm using on either mac or linux.

can see, page not rendering correctly. it's been few days, , know it's not issue router because has happened no matter network i'm on.

it's driving me crazy, happening else?

i don't see wrong. talking background image? click "change background image" @ bottom , choose "no background".

or click drop-down list (by google account pic) , choose "log out".
