Upgrading RAM questions about latency ....

i've been shopping around 8gb kit. i've found kingston on amazon doesn't specify latency mbp assume @ least cl9 or higher.

i've looked on local computer shops site (micro center) , have corsair same price, cl7....

when searching site ram have 2 sections, ram , apple ram. brand in apple category centon. i've never heard of them bit apprehensive ...

maybe can give me help?
