Sync software on MAS?

i have sync2folders ok unto point, wondering people use syncing across nas, , external hdd, available on mac app store?

hints? don't use often, don't want pay £30 fees it, although i've no problem paying quality software, dot use much.

sync2folders ok point, interface isn't best. have folder on imac , folder on nas, i'm busy importing them iphoto 11, , once imported put in folder on imac "imported", want sync nas
