selling an iPad 2

i'm considering selling ipad 2. defect scratch on screen, that's nothing when it's turned on. wifi-only 32 gig model.

i'm looking @ new ipad , thinking "meh." if can sell one, buy new 1 (32gig again) if can't out of it, i'll fine keeping it.

i'm thinking of craigslisting it, every time upgrade equipment, don't know how i'll it. has red smart cover too, end keeping next ipad. not sure.
