Parents.....and their children's job interviews

i guess can relate. remember asking dad me fill out job application when 14/15. said not place of parent help.

looking agree completely. embarrassing on both ends of table imagine have parents of applicant arguing on behalf of salary/vacation, etc , sitting there in interviewing room you.

going on today? article, suppose so. find appalling. can't imagine employers putting this. nothing screams more dependent needing parents hold hand through job seeking process. if employer , happened me, candidate receive no more consideration.

have of hiring managers come across stories personally?

i don't see wrong helping child looking work. said, such should include helping resume , pointing out job openings hear about. more in opinion.
