Out dated cydia app


i think got outdated cydia app , when restarted springboard got stuck @ loading screen... help?
 

get program phoneview on computer, , delete phone using computer.

system tweeks navigate "/library/mobilesubstrate/dynamiclibraries/

delete dylib , plist app.

force restart using power , home button.

has fixed me.
