No FAN discount on the new 3GB plan??

i considering switching tiered plan unlimited at&t offers fan discount on 5gb option now?? checked several fans (ranging 25-28% off) , didn't see discounts on below 5gb option.

honest i'm not surprised disappointed. need greedy??

 

if that's true, i'm glad didn't switch 4gb plan, , family didn't switch 2gb plan.
