Manage iCloud contacts

i have screwed contacts , calendar , need fix it.
have had blackberry (my new iphone unpacked in next room until strategy problem). when synched blackberry contacts , calendar, fine long did nothing else. made mistake , opened google contact list , when go ipad2 opened icloud on , imac desktop. subsequently, blackberry no longer synch, strange things happened contacts , calendars. duplicates, missing contacts etc. came realize in trying eliminate duplicates clearing 1 machine , others another. synchs between machines further bollixed everything.
shut off imac icloud but, of course, lost calendars needed synch. restored contacts time machine crucial lost items but, here problem. able copy contact icloud. able clear icloud data, , ipad contacts , have contacts on imac go replace contacts on icloud. further clean address books (delete contacts) on ipad , old ipod touch replaced imac not synched. think develop 1 correct set of contacts , calendar on imac put on cloud when set new iphone, there cloud. because each unit has different data synch mac on itunes , cloud knows data kept , deleted. kind of control on icloud data possible?

when sync itunes, assume mean via "info" tab. want uncheck under "info" tab devices.

on ipad , ipod go icloud , turn off contact , calendar sync. prompt delete contacts , calendars device. assuming not need them yes. next time recheck contacts , calendar downloaded icloud - master copy (see below).

next on www.icloud.com see master copy. sync master copy. until correct else problem. once correct else should sync fine.

have been doing mobileme , icloud multiple mac's , multiple iphones , ipads no problems.
