iPhone4s & Bluetooth problem!?!?

so made leap , got new iphone4s , jailbroke know. 1 feature can't live without bluetooth ipod feature in maxima. iphone4 stream music through bluetooth , can't seem work on newest iphone4s. either won't contact via ipod or please through phone call sounds horrible, of call , hold phone stereo hear song on phone, if can imagine that. sounds crap. when place phone call sounds normal. else have problem or know fix??? please me. thanks!!!
