iBooks Author... What do you guys think.. Would this work?

hi guys, have question...

so, here's problem... i'm not citizen, can't publish ibookstore easily. (i read somewhere there ways register isbn, , stuff if foreigner, ... way complicated...)

technically busy (or lazy) brother (who citizen) registered , technically have him sell book, still.. that's bit of hassle...

so... how if zip *.iba files , distribute them free... , passcode-lock them? , sell passcodes?

how work out?

guys think?
looking @ breaching eula doing this, or since iba file still technically free , out in open, ok?

if didn't sell passcode? if wanted specific group of people able access ibook?

if zip file bundle had stuff in pdf file (separately made) , although it's not cool-multi-touch interactive, has same information, , iba file summarization all-in-one of pdf? (because multimedia pdf files don't work on ipads) i'm selling original pdf, , iba file "free" ones bought pdf file... (like in pdf file, there's dl link iba file..) make sense?
