is there automated way delete apps itunes backed no longer used? i'm avid app-tester hundreds of apps have been backed via itunes throughout years. know go through apps manually on computer , delete ones no longer need, time consuming. i'm looking way delete app backups of apps no longer on iphone.

for deleting backups application no longer useful you have follow steps given here. first you can delete backup in itunes itself. edit -> preferences "->" device "tab -> backup. after reaching backup button can click on remove or delete backup files.
