Dropped my phone :( polish the screen nick ?

i have tiny nick on edge of screen (glass)
wondering if there way "polish" make less noticeable ?
of us, i'm pretty anal keeping stuff clean bugging me.
thinking replacing lcd & digitizer, honest process makes me little nervous.

 

it doesn't sound bad. frankly don't think polish out.
