Do i leave the sim card inside the iPad if I sell it?

i sell ipad 1 , wondering since in past using 3g part. if leave sim card inside ipad when sell it, worried have access credit card info or other problems. true?

should remove sim card before sale?

you should leave in. if deactivate 3g , restore ipad, no 1 can access information. you'll new lte 1 new ipad.
