Cydia package list is empty... but I have all my packages still??

i upgraded jailbreak 0.9.9b8 0.9.10b3 , went smooth except none of packages installed show in cydia. want remove things don't think can without having them in cydia, , when search ones have cydia says dont have them yet. do? bigboss icon set, cydia installer, cydai translations show under manage list. in fact have multiflow, semitether(unneeded now), androidlock xt, speed intensifier, ect. should re-install uninstall? wth

 

try refresh. cydia>changes>refresh
