shot video today using 4s, non jail broken , regular camera app. when transferred later, noticed video files had variety of nonstandard frame rates.
iphone record whatever can muster rather confirming 29.97 or whatever?
transcode prores when editing video anyway, didn't realize seem need resample frame rate, too.
else finding this?
it appears drop 24 fps in low light conditions, presumably give each frame longer exposure time.
