Grey Slider Knob with Black Arrow?

good morning/evening everybody.

acquired time ago default grey slider knob had black arrow. have no trace of anymore on home pc or on work pc. cydia doesn't seem have either nor there option in coloredknob tweak, has here ever seen 1 or has one?

hope can help.
