Advice on tagging exercise videos for iTunes

i have lots of exercise videos organise in itunes rather use finder do.

had @ tagging options in itunes , think tagging "tv show" best option videos produced same "source". 1 thing i'm unsure of how handle exercise instructions. instance, video cover 4 exercises , sets, reps, interval times etc should completed exercises. there several fields: comments, video description , lyrics can handle multiple lines of text, don't know suitable video instructions.

of have done lot of tagging in itunes, recommend?

i'd include them in "description" field, because on atv displayed when scrolling films or tv shows....you can preview words before start routine!
