i have 30" mac monitor has worked years. today when powered up, aspect ratio had changed 4:3, had different background image , had horrible resolution. i've tried going "displays" , changing resolution, no avail. tried resetting pram , did nothing. anyone?
are using video adapter or 30" work natively computer? either way, if connect different monitor, have same problem not being able select resolution desired aspect ratio? if so, testing different adapter or computer next order of business.
