Wtf? Downloading an email with an attachment, phone reboots to Recovery Mode!

i downloading email attachment.

4s reboots , comes on connect itunes screen.

connect itunes says "itunes has detected iphone in recovery mode. must restore...."

can't believe it. how can downloading email trigger sort of problem? went working iphone, corrupted phone, no ios recognised being installed, within 3 seconds.

fortunately take regular backups can restore ok why hell has happened?????

 

maybe attachment made crash. kind of file it?
