i don't know routers , stuff. have wired ethernet connection wish use 150 yards away, through 10 walls. , macbook running lion should able connect it.
such router exist or pipe dream?

pipe dream i'm afraid....even ethernet cabling becomes unreliable @ 100 metres.
use range booster, quite cheap , top quality router router cost....and i'm still not sure achieve want.
yards....sorry. range booster , top router should able it....look @ products likes of draytek, billion....the top end of these routers not cheap options 1 (with aerials....not built in) should max out range.
add booster (or two) , think work out.
