QuickTime Video/Icon to picture content?

i use powermac g4, run os x 10.5.8 leopard; run quicktime 7.7. have little app can turn picture icon picture (pic2icon). there similar app qt video files?

when i'm using qt 7.7, video files automatically turn qt icons picture of contents of video file; not of them. there app turn rest of qt icons content picture?

 

do mean image per frame of video?
if load video in quicktime , hit export , in settings hit image sequence , change png.

theres tons of options choose , it's pretty nifty making gifs out of movie clips.
