No text on application windows

good morning,

first post, been mac user on year , company here has 2 intel mac pros, 1 intel mac mini , 1 g5 xserve.

1 of our designers suffering weird problem have not come across before. there no text showing on couple of applications (sigil , calibre) have downloaded, however, if install same applications on other mac fine.

i'm not sure up, have attached screen shots post.

on mac os version show up, , on doesn't it?
happen in another, temporarily created, user account?
