New iPad Died

crashed friday night , when turned on apps gone. restarted , death screen came telling to connect itunes , load os. did that. 2 hours later same thing happened. morning went apple store , worked fine. 5 hours later, i'm @ apple store because apps vanished again , knew next step death screen. left brand new ipad. beware of vanishing apps
