Mail icon changed randomly to blank [with pic]

today turned on ipad 2 , noticed mail icon blank. i've made no changes @ all, jailbrake or otherwise in weeks (it jailbroken). know causes , fix (other restore)?

i've done hard reset , didn't solve issue.

btw: know how manually change app icon, butnim curious know why occurred , resolutions prevent it.

did install winterboard? i've had installed , uninstalling fixed issue me on iphone before..
