Mac pro 1,1 CPU Upgrade

hello im thinking buying mac pro , upgrading cpu in 2.0 or 2.66 quad core dual 5320 or 5355 xeons.

question every video watch says may have upgrade memory cant find guide says yes have new memory.

there here has mac pro 1,1 5355 or 5320. if handbrake or imovie export times.

 

you don't have upgrade memory if upgrade cpu's.
if add cost of mac pro 1,1 , cost of cpu's going buy upgrade, have enough buy used mac pro 3,1 8 core machine. consider.
