iPhone 4 unlocked?

hi guys,
yesterday did call operator (three in uk) , sayd unlock iphone in 48hours.
before 10mins got message saying unlocked , need restore.

there possibility check iphone unlocked after restore without different operator micro sim? don't have chance go shop , micro sim today.

no need operators sim inside when 1st hook unto itunes.

believe form of message apple saying unlocked.
