iMessage will not activate?!

right, after reading 50 threads on fixing activation problem, still haven't found solution. imessages worked fine until shut down iphone today because in meeting , after turned on, imessages not activate. says it's waiting activation , window not disappear. tried resetting network settings, airplane mode, home button+lock button reset, won't activate phone number anymore. there fix works?

 

there no definite fix i've seen..

on phone under receive @ see email address or number there well?
