imac not getting gigabit?

so have 27" mid 2011 imac connected brand new gigabit switch whom connected airport extreme. using cat 5e ethernet cable... when open network utility link speed 100 mbit/s

 

check system preferences, network, ethernet, advanced..., ethernet. say?

if looks there, try device make sure cable , switch right.
