AT&T users: success in lowering monthly bill when contract expires?

hey guys, contract at&t going end soon. has encountered situations at&t lowered future billing rates (permanently rather x months) try retain you? have 4 lines , 3 lines expiring next month. 4th line expiring @ end of year.
