2 iTunes Accounts from 2 countries

hi guys,


need open new itunes account able purchase ebooks not writing in english.

understand, need itunes account registered country able download content in language.


old itunes account, intend use main account , purchase apps there.


purpose new itunes account solely purchasing ebooks.


major question is: have problems having these 2 account in same iphone/ipad? major drawbacks bring?
how cloud backup work then? photostream? etc.

there's tweak called multitunes lets sync 2 music libraries , switch between two. might able achieve you're looking for. must jailbroken.
